Refund and Return Policy

Accuracy and Authority

You warrant that the information you provide is accurate and that you have the legal authority to furnish account and debit information for electronic payments on your account. Users acknowledge and agree that if their payment cannot be processed for any reason, HealthMatters.io may suspend or cancel their Subscription or Services.

Agreement Duration

This Agreement is effective until the applicable Subscription Term for the Service(s) has expired or the Subscription is terminated as expressly permitted herein.

Subscription Fees

By agreeing to any Subscription Documentation, the User agrees to pay applicable fees for the entire Subscription Term. The User cannot cancel or terminate a Subscription Term except as expressly permitted herein.

Renewal Terms

Annual Subscription

Upon the expiration of the Initial Subscription Term, the Subscription will automatically renew for subsequent twelve (12) month renewal terms (“Renewal Term(s)”) unless:

The renewal rate will be equal to the rate for the immediately preceding Subscription period, based on the Subscription Documentation that the User has agreed to, unless HealthMatters.io has notified the User of any new rate in advance.

Monthly Subscription

Upon the expiration of the Initial Subscription Term, the Subscription will automatically renew for subsequent one (1) month renewal terms (“Renewal Term(s)”) unless:

The renewal rate will be equal to the rate for the immediately preceding Subscription period, based on the Subscription Documentation that the User has agreed to, unless HealthMatters.io has notified the User of any new rate in advance.

Fees and Termination

HealthMatters.io reserves the right to collect any fees, surcharges, or costs incurred before you cancel your account(s) or a particular subscription. In the event that your HealthMatters.io account or a particular subscription is terminated or cancelled, no refund will be granted, and you will have no further access to your account or any associated services. Any delinquent or unpaid accounts must be settled before HealthMatters.io will allow you to create any new or additional accounts.
