We provide in-depth research on 2000+ biomarkers, including information and suggestions for test panels such as The GI Effects® Comprehensive Stool Profile, The NutrEval FMV®, The ION Profile, Dried Urine Test for Comprehensive Hormones (DUTCH), Organic Acids Test, Complete Blood Count (CBC), Metabolic panel, Thyroid panel, Urinalysis and many, many more. You can combine all these test reports in one place. It gives you an excellent overview of your patient's health data. Once your patients retest, they can see how they improve their health after following the recommendations. In general, if you can test it, you can upload it to Healthmatters. If labs can analyze it, we can support it. If you do not see the biomarker you are interested in, we can always add it to our database; just let us know. Anything analyzed from blood, urine, saliva, or stool can be uploaded, understood, and tracked with our HealthMatters Pro account.
Currently, we do not support DNA test reports. But we are working on it. We will give an update once it is live.
Biomarkers in our database have multiple units. The built-in unit converter helps keep track of biomarkers even if they come from different labs or countries. This makes it easy to track results over time. We do the conversion automatically for you.
We support different types of ranges; mostly, we have ranges that the laboratories provide. As we work with many labs, you can find lab-specific ranges. Some biomarkers have standard ranges. In general, if you see that one of our ranges is different from what you would like to see, just let us know and we will adjust it for you or a specific patient of yours.
After you upload the results, the software provides multiple ways to view the reports.
Option One. The Graph View or Timeline View.
View the results connected on a timeline. Past results connected via graph line reveal trends and make it easy to compare and track treatment changes and effectiveness. The color coding helps you see optimal or critical results. Optimal range results are in green, and critical are in red. The graph shows the reference range and relevant information about markers. Quickly learn information relevant to the lab result. You get in-depth research, suggestions, and recommendations—especially on the numbers that fall into the critical ranges. It’s easy to filter and sort results by critical, optimal, or medium ranges; this way, you can quickly view what needs your attention. Viewing results on a timeline gives additional feedback on the history, so you see results combined over time, you can understand the trends and make better decisions.
Option Two. Table View.
The table view is excellent to get an overall idea of test results, especially for patients with a significant amount of test history. Sorting tools and color-coding will provide extra comfort when analyzing results.
Option Three. Test View.
Test view gives you information on a single test report. It is more of a classic view of the lab report, where biomarkers only from one test appear. But this report will provide in-depth descriptions and additional recommendations, especially on out of range results. You can print the reports from here or keep them on the screen—Especially as it is so simple to invite your clients to view their results in their private dashboard. The email invitation is just a click away.
First, start the subscription by creating an account. Next, you will receive an email invitation to create a password login information. Once you log in, start building your client list. Upload clients' lab results and let the software analyze and provide you with in-depth reports. Provide your custom suggestions and recommendations alongside the primary information. You can choose to invite your clients to view their reports online or download information and share it by email.
There are two ways to share information with your clients. You can give your client access to their private dashboard. Once you invite them, they will see their results, reports provided by Healthmatters, and your custom recommendations. This way, they can learn in-depth about what their tests mean, and when retesting, they can track their progress. If you want to give your clients access to their results, click the "invite" button from the dashboard. Make sure to provide the correct email address in your client's profile. Once you click the "invite" button, they will receive an email invitation to log in, create a password, and view their results. They will be able to view reports on the Graph, Test, and Table view. If you do not want to invite your patient to the view dashboard, you can download their test reports and email them. Also, you can show them their reports from the screen on your video call.
There are two ways to upload test reports into the platform. One way is to upload the information manually by yourself. The self-upload might take 5 to 20 minutes, depending on the length of a lab panel. It might seem like a long time, but the upload form is interactive and allows you to receive and provide feedback right away. Some practitioners choose to upload only critical results to view the research and make sure they do not miss anything important. The other possibility is to upload labs through our upload service. This service comes with an additional fee, approximately $15 for one full test upload. Our reliable team uploads labs accurately and timely. Just drag and drop test reports inside your Healthmatters Pro account. Once the results are uploaded, we will notify you. If you run more than 40 reports a month, please contact us, and we can set a direct connection to your laboratories, so the tests get automatically onto your platform. A direct link to your laboratory is an additional feature and comes with an upgraded account plan. If you are interested in this solution, we recommend starting the Healthmatters Pro account first and then upgrading to the next plan.
