Since its inception in 2010, NRL has evolved from a solitary reference laboratory into a comprehensive network of 10 cutting-edge facilities spread throughout the UAE. Offering top-tier diagnostic services to the Mubadala Health network and over 250 clients, including private and public hospitals, clinics, corporate entities, and other reference labs, NRL stands as a pivotal provider in healthcare diagnostics.

NRL presents an extensive array of tests, offering a full spectrum of clinical testing services designed to be efficient and of superior quality. With 98% of tests conducted in the UAE, NRL enhances patient care by ensuring faster results, heightened quality assurance, and reduced logistical expenses. It hosts seven diagnostic Centers of Excellence (CoEs) to meet the region's specific health demands by offering critical expertise and services within the UAE. These CoEs facilitate direct access to locally based, subspecialized professionals for advanced, in-region medical insights. Boasting one of the country's largest teams of internationally certified, board-certified experts, NRL comprises over 20 pathologists and clinical scientists with specialized knowledge in various health domains, backed by a robust team of more than 200 medical laboratory scientists.
