This category includes biomarkers that evaluate how well your body manages oxidative stress, a natural process that occurs when cells produce energy, detoxify chemicals, or respond to inflammation. These tests measure key antioxidants—especially glutathione, the body’s most important detoxifying and free-radical–neutralizing molecule—as well as markers that reflect redox balance, cellular resilience, and detoxification capacity.
